Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that you are the first point of contact for customer inquiries, responding promptly and accurately via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure customers receive top-notch assistance by responding to account inquiries, providing helpful product information, and resolving issues with promptness, resulting in a satisfying encounter.
• Work in harmony with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and elevate complex problems accordingly.
• Regularly evaluate customer feedback and recommend process improvements with the intention of improving satisfaction levels.
• Recording all customer interactions and keeping track of relevant follow-up tasks in the CRM system is a best practice that can benefit businesses in the long run.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The ideal applicant will have earned a Bachelor's degree or possess relevant customer service work experience.
• With a customer-centric approach, possessing top-notch skills in both verbal and written communication.
• Displayed adeptness in managing several responsibilities and categorizing them by their priority level within a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Exceptional capability for resolving issues and being meticulous.
• Ability in working with CRM programs and Microsoft Office suite.
