Job Duties and Responsibilities of Culinary & Fine Dining:
- Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency and adherence to restaurant standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations during service periods.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed, including maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding work areas.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills and understanding of techniques.
- Work with kitchen management to ensure the efficient ordering and inventory control of supplies.
- Adapt to changes in menu items and daily specials, maintaining flexibility in cooking styles and ingredients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that dishes meet the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to creating a positive and motivating environment for all kitchen staff.
Qualifications and Experience of Culinary & Fine Dining:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting, particularly in fine dining or specialty cooking.
- A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Advanced knife skills and proficiency in kitchen techniques.
- Ability to read and follow recipes with precision, ensuring high-quality food preparation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak service times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
- The pay rate for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.
