Technical Business Analyst Product Manager

Job Summary:

Join a growing technology team focused on developing scalable and strategic solutions. This role supports investment operations by analyzing requirements, identifying process improvements, and contributing to product development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Portfolio Accounting, Security Operations, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Engineering, Traders, and Trading Operations teams.
• Monitor production platforms for system health and start-of-day readiness.
• Facilitate communication between internal business customers, technology teams, and application vendors.
• Provide operational and incident support for assigned applications and modules.
• Perform root cause analysis on production incidents and propose solutions.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
• Document business, functional, and technical system requirements, including solution details and diagrams.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze and refine processes by identifying automation opportunities.
• Provide business recommendations based on critical analysis.
• Manage multiple requests with high accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in Wealth or Investment Management Technology.
• Hands-on experience with portfolio management platforms, including portfolio accounting, order generation, and market security.
• Knowledge of portfolio management concepts such as positions, trades, and securities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
