Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Crew Member:

• Plan the recipe components by washing, cutting, marinating, and cooking them on the grill.
• Cook and assemble dishes within set time frames, ensuring each order is executed consistently and according to standards.
• Efficiently use a range of kitchen appliances while prioritizing safety.
• Keep all food preparation and cooking spaces tidy and follow sanitation guidelines.
• - Supervise stock levels and communicate requirements to the kitchen manager as necessary.
• Elevate food quality and service standards through close collaboration with the team.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Crew Member:

• Documented experience as a chef in a fast-paced setting; familiarity with fast casual or restaurant industry is an asset.
• Knowing the health and safety guidelines applicable to kitchens is necessary for upholding a protected workspace.
• Competence in wielding cutting tools and kitchen utensils for food preparation tasks.
• An effective team member who excels in interpersonal communication.
• Patient individuals demonstrate resilience in challenging situations by maintaining a positive outlook.
• A high school diploma or a similar qualification is necessary, with a culinary school diploma being a positive asset.
