Securities Research Analyst

Job Summary:

Support portfolio management by conducting equity research and analysis. Provide industry and thematic research to guide investment strategies. Develop expertise in assigned sectors, analyze market trends, and deliver insights to optimize portfolio performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct equity research and analysis to support investment decisions.
• Monitor market trends and assess the impact on portfolio returns.
• Deliver research findings and recommendations to the Investment Policy Committee (IPC).
• Provide performance analysis and industry insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine investment strategies.
• Contribute to investment discussions and client communications.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in equity research.
• Background in buy-side or sell-side investment research.
• Proficiency in communicating financial insights to diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze industry trends and investment opportunities.
• Experience with financial tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
