Job Summary of Cargo Driver:

Sysco is actively seeking new team members to aid in the efficient delivery of a variety of products to our customers. As a crucial member of our workforce, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and fostering positive connections with clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cargo Driver:

• Safely navigate a delivery truck to deliver goods to specified customer locations.
• Carry out manual unloading and distribution of a variety of products, including meats, fruits, frozen foods, pantry items, and dry goods.
• - Establish and uphold strong bonds with customers to meet their demands consistently.
• Ensure that vehicle inspections are conducted before departure as well as upon arrival.
• Compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws should always be a priority.
• Assist with the physical tasks involved in loading and unloading products.
• Timely submission and accurate completion of delivery paperwork are key responsibilities.
• Offer exceptional service standards to all customers without fail.

Qualifications and Experience of Cargo Driver:

• You must be 21 years or older to participate.
• Own a legal Class C/Standard Operator Driver License.
• Skill in lifting, pushing, or transferring items that weigh a maximum of 100 pounds.
• Superb driving track record with a clean slate in terms of major infractions.
• Having prior experience in delivery or transportation is beneficial but not a must.
• Proficiency in effective communication and delivering superior customer service.
• - Demonstrating adeptness in independent responsibilities and teamwork.
• Availability for working flexible hours, which may include weekends and holidays.
