Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility as a Food Production Associate will be ensuring that our production processes are running efficiently and that the quality of our food products is consistently high:

• Enforcing Standard Work regulations while executing machinery and equipment operations.
• Twofold checking products to ensure they meet recipe standards and high-quality specifications.
• Swiftly eliminating any rejected items from the manufacturing process.
• Making food safety and quality a top priority by implementing strict procedures for good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Encouraging a positive work climate and taking part in ongoing improvement endeavors.

Qualifications and Experience:

The position will be filled by candidates who meet the qualifications listed:

• Demonstrating reliability and diligence through consistent attendance and a strong work ethic is essential to career development.
• Works harmoniously within a team environment while complying with company protocols and procedures at all times.
• The job entails lifting weights of up to 30 pounds sporadically and having the capacity to work in environments with cool temperatures that range between 35-45 degrees.
• The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience working on assembly lines and within the food sector.
• English language proficiency is a strength.
