Job Summary of Field Sales Representative:

AT&T is seeking to deliver personalized, white-glove technology solutions directly to customers. This role offers uncapped commission potential and the opportunity to engage customers in tailored sales interactions at their homes, offering demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and solutions to keep them connected.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Field Sales Representative:

• Engage with potential customers to present AT&T’s latest products and services.
• Conduct in-home consultations, Wi-Fi assessments, and hands-on product demonstrations.
• Manage your schedule to meet customers at convenient times and locations.
• Leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales and exceed goals.
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and continuous learning to enhance performance.

Qualifications and Experience of Field Sales Representative:

• Some prior sales experience preferred, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle provided).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

Base salary range: $40,456 – $50,752 annually, plus an average commission of $20,000 per year if sales goals are achieved. Top performers can earn up to $71,029 annually with uncapped commissions.
