Job Description of Bank Client Support:

You will deliver exceptional customer service to Schwab Bank clients by assisting with a range of banking needs. This phone-based role involves managing 40-60 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries about deposit accounts, online account management, bill payments, mobile banking, and debit cards. You will utilize multiple computer applications and tools to resolve client concerns efficiently and effectively while building long-term client relationships.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bank Client Support:

• Aid customers by sharing in-depth information on Schwab Bank products and services during peak call times.
• Support customers in managing deposit accounts, navigating online banking platforms, transferring funds, making bill payments, and addressing debit card inquiries.
• Leverage multiple digital tools to effectively address and resolve client concerns.
• Possess a thorough familiarity with Schwab Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines to offer precise support.
• - Build strong client relationships through phone interactions to maintain lasting partnerships with Schwab.
• Engage with business allies to effectively manage and resolve complicated client inquiries.
• Showcase active listening competencies through interactive discussions to discern clients??? unique financial needs.

Qualifications and Experience of Bank Client Support:

• A minimum of one year of professional experience, whether gained through volunteering, internships, or office-based roles, is required.
• Availability to follow a fixed timetable, potentially encompassing weekends and evenings, in alignment with the operational demands of the business.
• Proficiency in managing various computing applications simultaneously.
• Capacity to fulfill office obligations ranging from 75% to 100% of the time as necessary.
• Possesses adeptness in active listening and initiating engaging conversations with clients.
• Consistent commitment to addressing challenging client inquiries through technological means and collaboration.
• Close scrutiny of details and consistent adherence to established bank guidelines.

Salary:

Beginning with a competitive salary of $54,100 per year during the training period, there is the opportunity for salary enhancements depending on job performance and goal attainment. There is also a prospective annual bonus potential of 10% of the base salary, which could result in a total first-year compensation of $61,700.
