Qualifications and Experience of Nursing Home Administrator:

• An up-to-date and legitimate license as a Nursing Home Administrator granted by the Alabama Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators is required.
• Attainment of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Either having at least one year of practical experience as a licensed administrator or successfully finishing a state-endorsed Administrator-in-Training program is required.
• Possessing a solid moral compass and a proven dedication to the welfare of individuals living in nursing facilities.
