Job Summary of Order Fulfillment Specialist:

You are in charge of handling the acceptance, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility. This is essential for maintaining efficient control over inventory and processing orders in a timely manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Order Fulfillment Specialist:

• Examine production timelines, client requisitions, or transportation directives to determine required resources.
• Move items from receiving areas or production zones to designated storage spots.
• Sort and categorize products on racks, shelves, or bins by their size, classification, or specific product code.
• Use refrigerated facilities to safeguard perishable goods when essential.
• Arrange and prep customer orders for transportation.
• Add specific information to materials and ensure records are accurate.
• Remove packaging from bales, crates, and containers as part of inventory operations.
• Measure or tally products for allocation to uphold organizational norms.
• Offer support in managing billing and paperwork tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Order Fulfillment Specialist:

• A high school diploma or GED is the preferred educational requirement for applicants.
• This role necessitates one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to qualify for consideration.
• Skilled at organizing effectively and managing time efficiently.
