Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out the transportation of fresh food products to retail outlets along a pre-existing route.
• The possession of a CDL B license alongside air brake certification is a must-have for successfully fulfilling this position, which involves safely operating a 26-foot straight box truck.
• To keep your customers happy and loyal, you need to provide excellent customer service consistently.
• Guarantee accurate and timely distribution to stores.
• Be certain that your business activities align with the appropriate federal and state legislation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Applicants must have attained the age of 21 years or older.
• A lawful commercial driver's license of category B that qualifies the transporter to drive vehicles containing air brakes.
• A candidate must hold a valid driving record for six months of past experience delivering routes in a box truck. The role does not involve merely sitting and driving.
• The D.O.T. demands that all prospective hires pass a physical examination, drug screening, and criminal record check to adhere to the regulatory standards.
• In accordance with company standards, an MVR screening is mandatory.
• Manifesting the skill to carry out tasks during non-standard work hours, such as overnight shifts, weekends, and cultural holidays, despite adverse weather elements.
• A physical capacity that includes bending, kneeling, squatting, and turning frequently is mandatory.
