Job Summary of Truck Driver:

As a Class C Special Delivery Truck Driver at Sysco, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of different goods to customer destinations on specified routes. Although a Class A or B CDL is not a requirement, individuals with these licenses may have the opportunity to drive tractor-trailers on occasion. Building positive relationships with customers and meeting their needs with a positive demeanor are integral parts of the role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Truck Driver:

• Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods by operating a truck proficiently.
• Carry out deliveries by hand to designated locations.
• Cultivate and uphold positive customer connections.
• Adhere to the outlined route schedule as assigned.
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines consistent with Sysco policies.

Qualifications and Experience of Truck Driver:

• Participants must have reached the age of 21 or older.
• Passing a drug test prior to employment is necessary.
• A Class C/Standard Operator Driver License is a requirement.
