Job Summary of Retail Sales Associate:

This role focuses on delivering a welcoming and efficient guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking products, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various store operations. The individual will be cross-trained in multiple areas, supporting the store team and ensuring the location remains fully operational and guest-ready at all times.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Sales Associate:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers to maintain in-stock conditions and product availability.
• Prepare coffee and other items in accordance with food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including sales floors, food areas, and restrooms.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and support teammates as needed.
• Assist with tasks as assigned by store leadership and contribute to a team-focused environment.
• May work at nearby locations as needed to support operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Sales Associate:

• No formal education requirements; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-6 months of retail, food service, or guest service experience preferred.
• ServSafe or food safety certification is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable interacting with guests and team members in a customer-facing setting.
• Energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented with basic computer skills helpful.
