Required tasks and duties for the position:

- Efficiently handle the register transactions with precision and a warm attitude.
- Ensure product availability by regularly stocking shelves, coolers, and freezers to maintain in-stock conditions.
- Maintain food safety standards while brewing coffee and preparing other items.
- Preserve cleanliness in every part of the store, including sales floors, food service spots, and restroom zones.
- Demonstrate the ability to acclimate quickly to changing conditions and lend a hand to colleagues when necessary.
- Contribute to tasks allocated by store leaders and encourage a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility in working at nearby locations is vital to aid in operational tasks.
Qualifications and Experience of Stock Associate:
- No set education standards; applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have 3-6 months of experience in retail, food service, or guest service.
- Although it is a positive attribute, a ServSafe or food safety certification is not obligatory.
- Adept at establishing connections with guests and colleagues in a client-focused environment.
- Having a dynamic personality, adaptability, a preference for working in teams, and a foundational understanding of computer usage can be beneficial.
