Job Summary of Restaurant Associate:

Provide excellent customer service by executing various tasks such as food preparation, cleanliness upkeep, and customer interaction, while following Chipotle's rigorous standards for food safety and hospitality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Associate:

• Welcome customers, take down their food and beverage orders, and deliver menu selections promptly and precisely.
• Adhere to company specifications and presentation guidelines while preparing burritos, bowls, tacos, and other menu selections.
• Create a safe and clean environment by following designated food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Utilize the point-of-sale system to conduct customer transactions with precision and speed.
• Make sure that the kitchen, prep stations, and dining spaces remain clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items.
• Provide guests with exceptional service by promptly and courteously addressing and resolving any concerns they may have.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Associate:

• While it is advantageous to have customer service experience, it is not a prerequisite for this role.
• Proficient in managing various tasks simultaneously within a high-speed environment.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and a welcoming, approachable attitude.
• Demonstrating a willingness to acquire and stick to Chipotle's standards for preparing and serving dishes.
