Qualifications and Experience of Financial Helpdesk Associate:
- Willing and able to work full-time on-site throughout the training period, with the potential for a hybrid schedule afterward.
- Readiness to work during different time slots, like evenings, weekends, and overnight hours.
- Possession of a Finance, Economics, or a relevant field bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is compulsory.
- Prior history in dealing with customer inquiries and nurturing client connections.
- Possessing strong communication skills, influencing abilities, and interpersonal competence.
- Passion for learning about finance and the securities sector, specifically revolving around equity, option, and mutual fund transactions.
- Expertise in utilizing CRM software to manage client relationships.
- Previous engagement in a Financial Representative role is a bonus.
