Job Summary of Security Operations Operator:

The primary duty of this job is to use CCTV to supervise various retail outlets from a centralized location in Bradenton, FL, pinpointing theft, fraudulent activities, and any suspicious behavior. By monitoring and documenting incidents, coordinating with field teams and law enforcement, and maintaining the accuracy of reports and system operations, this position plays a crucial role in enhancing security measures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Security Operations Operator:

• Employ remote monitoring through CCTV cameras in stores to detect and document incidents of theft and fraudulent activities.
• Join forces with store teams and Field Loss Prevention to tackle ongoing security challenges.
• Inform the appropriate law enforcement agencies about incidents of criminal activity.
• Capture case particulars through the APIS Case Management System.
• Report any concerns regarding the CCTV and system to the Security Operations Center Manager or LP Technology Coordinator promptly.
• Examine exception reports and track employee conduct for indications of internal theft or violations of company policies.
• Carry out supplementary tasks and duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience of Security Operations Operator:

• Completion of high school or a similar qualification is mandatory.
• Preference given to candidates with a retail background and expertise in customer support.
• Outstanding abilities in verbal and written expression.
• - Having the skill to juggle various responsibilities simultaneously and exhibit rational decision-making in demanding environments.
• Fluency in English is a must-have skill, and being bilingual in English and Spanish would be advantageous.
